We have the ability to create a built up collar for shirt manufacturers by positioning and spot weld fusing a patch or strip onto a fusible or sew-in shirt interlining. The spot welding process allows for the consistent placement of the patch or strip with perfect margins prior to fusing.

Fusing

Fusing of collars and small parts is available at our facility in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. With our fusing service, customers can be satisfied that their material and interlinings have been cut and fused properly and are ready for assembly upon receipt.
