Slitting

Our hot knife slitting is a unique process. It seals the edges of synthetic materials as the goods are being cut. The Edgelok® process is ideally suited for textiles produced from thermoplastic materials. Many customers use Edgelok® where they require edges that will not fray during handling or manufacturing.

Standard slitting allows us to accommodate roll sizes up to 64" wide. We have the ability to slit with extreme accuracy down to 5/16ths of an inch based on the material.
